I hope you all had a wonderful fall weekend. I certainly did! I spent the weekend with T and his parents and just had the most wonderful time. I got back late morning on Sunday and was able to run some errands and get some fall planting done. More on that later because today I want to tell you all about the 30 day challenge.
I found this work out routine on Pinterest and it challenges you to do these exercises for 30 days and see how you feel.

Seems pretty simple and some of it is but boy do your abs get a workout! I did a test try on this exercise routine last week and my abs hurt so bad for two days afterwards. But I feel great and I have a little more energy and I am only on day 3 of the challenge.
I encourage all of you to try this workout routine for 30 days and see what you think. It really is a great 5 – 10 minute workout. I know that I started this challenge 2 days ago but it doesn’t mean you can’t jump in! I will be documenting my progress, if there is any, and reporting back in 30 days on how this challenge went and how I feel!
